Question 1 : What is the temple timings on Regular days, Festival Days, Week ends, Amavasya and Poonam ?
Answer : The temple remains open for all days with same timings and the times are as follow Devotees Darshana Timings: 5.00AM-1.00PM and 4.00PM-6.00PM
Question 2: What is the launcher Timings ?
Answer: Launcher is available from morning 8.30AM to evening 5.30PM with a alternative shift with a frequency of 45Min.
Question 3: Do we get free meals at temple if so what are the timings
Answer: Yes, free meals facility available at temple at afternoon from 12:30PM to 2:00PM and at Night: 7.30PM to 9.00PM at Annadasoha Hall.
Question 4: I wanted to make the donation or book online seva for a specific date, can I book it ?
Answer: Yes, you can book the online seva and donation with a 3 days prior within 7 days. Seva will be performed and prasadam will be dispatched to your address
Question 5: Can i get prasadam for which all seva ? Is the e-hundi and Annadanam also will get Seva Prasadam?
Answer: Yes, any online Seva, Donation and e-hundi you will get kunkuma Prasadam by post.
Question 6: Tulabara Seva Available? what is the cost, timings and what all devote needs to carry it ?
Answer : Currently we don’t have Tulabara Seva due to COVID, we will inform once it is started, we recommend you to donate Rice, Dal and Sugar to Annadanam or alternative you can donate Annadanam equivalent amount.
Question 7: Lodge facility is available if so what are the charges and how to book.
Answer: Lodging facility is available at temple for overnight stay. Charges would be Rs. 300 per day. Availability of the rooms is not a issue on regular days. You will not get the accomadation during Amavasya, Poonam and Special festival days, other days you can get it without any worry.
To book you need to visit temple and check in Room booking counter, they will help you to book. Currently no online room booking facility available.
Question 8: During this Covid situation due Sr Citizen and Kids are allowed to take darshana?
Answer: Yes, all are allowed no age restrict, but we request you to take precaution for Covid (Mask, Sanitizer and keep distance)
Question 9: I have made the payment online but not received the Kunkum prasadam, why?
Answer: If your payment is made successful, then you will get complete status of order email id, post that you will get within 7-10 days by post. We are working on reducing the postal delay time. You can also chat with us along with Order id to get clarification.
Question 10: My order is failed/Cancelled, what should i do now?
Answer: If you order is failed/Cancelled then payment is not received your funds would have come back to your account without bank TAT. you can reinitiate the Seva/Donation again with different mode of payment.
Question 11: I have my concerns should i write email or send letter so that you can read infront of Goddess along with my Seva?
Answer: Sri Matha is everywhere, please pray with pure heart from your home/office believing Matha, she will hear it out and you will get solution soon, please remember every thing needs time. Think positive and start helping out peoples who are in need without money/with money.
